The last club finished in the mid 1950s and Brűlé was set up as an outfitter available to the public.
The McWhirter family has been involved with Brűlé since the first days of the club and are now the proprietors, owner Ron McWhirter and the manager, his youngest son Kevin, are the third and fourth generation to run Brűlé.
